VECTIS Agro-Freight Brokers LLC operates vectisaf.com. This notice explains how we handle information provided through this website and the choices available for optional website analytics.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the business and contact details you enter, including your name, company, email, telephone number, product or project requirements, destination, timing and commercial information. Our inquiry system also records the submission time, a reference number and an IP address for administration and abuse prevention.

Inquiries are delivered to the VECTIS team and retained in a private server record. Hosting, email and other service providers process information needed to operate those services. Where relevant to your request, necessary business requirements and contact details may be shared with producers, counterparties or specialist providers involved in reviewing or coordinating the proposed work. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.
Optional analytics and your choices
Google Analytics helps us understand page use and inquiry completion. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand interactions such as clicks, scrolling and page layouts through usage reports and session playback. These services can use cookies, device and browser information and online identifiers. Clarity may process information as explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The website loads these optional analytics services only after you choose Allow analytics. You can choose Decline analytics and continue to use the website and inquiry forms. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional analytics remain declined.
Our inquiry-completion analytics events contain the inquiry type and selected commodity category, rather than your name, email, telephone or written specifications. Inquiry forms are marked for masking in Clarity. Google and Microsoft provide additional information about their own processing:

The site uses Google-hosted fonts. Your browser contacts that service to display the typefaces. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Declining optional analytics does not turn off services needed to display or operate the website.
Records and international processing
Inquiry records and correspondence are retained for commercial follow-up, transaction administration, security and recordkeeping. VECTIS operates from the United States and works internationally; information may be processed in the United States or other countries where relevant service providers and counterparties operate.
